Drink ain't even last 5 minutes‼ Hands down now one of my favorite drink places. Forget going to starbucks. I rather come here to get my drinks. It's not overly sweet or sugary like other places I've been. It's just right The owner was very nice and the lady that was there was really sweet. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to stop by and give this place a try. I got the blueberry lemonade

First time trying Rapid Nutrition but it won’t be my last!! I tried the Strawberry Pineapple smoothie, very delicious and filling!! The owner was very friendly and inviting!! I’ll def be back for more smoothies and ZUMBA!!

Wonderful smoothies and a small business worth supporting. Found it from Google Maps traveling North on I95 and so glad I took the short detour. Had the pineapple-mango with the healthy greens booster and highly recommend it!

Love getting my smoothies here. I control my inflammation with diet and exercise, and their smoothies don't cause a reaction. It's my weekly treat! Excellent, friendly customer service plus zumba classes a few nights a week. If you haven't been here I highly recommend it!
